The TurboCAD Woodworking plug-in understands that the sheets of wood you buy from a store may be damaged on the edges. It allows you to specify how much of the edge you want to trim before doing the layout of a design.

Specify and adjust the "kerf" distance (the thickness of the saw blade) and TurboCAD will compensate for it in the layout.

Create a table with reference numbers pointing back to the schematic layout. Assign different types of materials to the assembly.
